The Story Behind Ze’s Diner

Moody and Zeze have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, united by their love for homecooked meals, family, and the timeless diner experience. Over the years, they combined everything they learned about the restaurant industry with the values they hold closest to their hearts-quality, hospitality, and community-and poured it into a brand they could be proud of. In 2012, the very first Ze’s Diner opened its doors in Eagan, Minnesota. With hard work, dedication, and a clear vision, Moody and Zeze built a place where guests could enjoy affordable meals not just once in a while, but multiple times a week. Their focus has always been on homemade recipes, consistent quality, friendly service, and giving back to the community. Today, Ze’s Diner has proudly grown to six locations, with hopes to continue expanding. From our family to yours-thank you for all the love and support throughout the years!
